This comfortable apartment, perfect for 4 people, is located on Via Sant'Ampelio—famous for its little church overlooking the sea—between the beaches and the marina. It’s in a flat area with plenty of parking and just a stone’s throw from the beaches. The apartment is equipped with every amenity, including: unlimited Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and two bathrooms. Don’t miss out on this opportunity!

The apartment, approximately 89 square meters in size, is located on the first floor of a characteristic Ligurian building; please note there is a step at the entrance (not suitable for people with disabilities).
The interior is laid out as follows:
LIVING AREA with a relaxation corner, dining area, and two sofas;
KITCHENETTE equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, conventional oven, kettle, moka pot, and various kitchen utensils;
BEDROOM 1 with a double bed and a wardrobe;
BEDROOM 2 with a queen-size sofa bed and a desk;
BATHROOM 1 with a shower, sink, bidet, and toilet;
GUEST BATHROOM 2 with a toilet, sink, and bidet;
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: TV, independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.
Other things to keep in mind
Seven days before arrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to upload your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the Municipality of Bordighera, which is EUR 1.50 per night per person and will be collected in cash, for the first 6 nights. Children under 12 are exempt.
We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Imperia Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.
