The accommodation:
Large detached house Classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation of 160m2 completely renovated including 3 large bedrooms each equipped with Queen Size double beds (160x200), 2 bathrooms (one upstairs with shower and the other on the first floor with bath and shower), an open kitchen with central island (4 places) fully equipped and a large living room equipped with 2 straight sofas, Led TV with HD digital channels. Dining room with large table 6 chairs. A mezzanine with a large desk for 2/3 people equipped with many sockets perfect for teleworking.
Fiber Internet - HD WiFi accessible in all rooms.
2 WC (1 per floor)
Refrigerator, Nespresso coffee maker, oven, dishwasher, dishes, household linen, towel, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner...
Outside, a fully covered terrace of 90m2 with large table and a gas barbecue (bottle to be provided by the customer).
A swimming pool (8mx4.5m) open from mid-June to mid-September)
3 parking spaces in a courtyard closed by an automatic gate.
Ideally located in the center of Alsace 170m from an E.Leclerc center with gas station. 12 minutes walk (3 minutes by car) from the SNCF/TGV station.
In order to protect the house when there are no customers, we have an alarm system positioned in the dining room.
This has an interior camera that is obstructed by a shutter during your stay and is therefore rendered completely inactive in order to preserve your privacy.
As a result, we do not accept any responsibility for what may happen in the event of an intrusion into the home.
The exterior cameras are dummy.
The house has a Sousplex. The person(s) living there only access the outdoor courtyard to park a car. The terrace and the swimming pool are entirely privatized.
