About this villa rental
Located in Sérignan, only a few minutes from Valras-Plage and 30 minutes from Cap d’Agde, Villa Monégasque embodies the contemporary elegance of the South of France. Nestled in a peaceful residential neighbourhood, this newly built villa combines luxury, comfort and modernity in an atmosphere that is both chic and relaxed.
From the moment you step inside, your eye is drawn to a double-height living room bathed in natural light. The generous proportions, the carefully designed décor and the large sofa invite you to unwind. The spacious open kitchen, with its large central island and a scullery, will delight food lovers who wish to share convivial moments over a good meal.
On the ground floor, the master suite is a true cocoon of serenity, with its high-end bedding and private shower room. Upstairs, two elegant bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub ensure everyone’s comfort.
Outside, the terrace opens onto a beautifully landscaped tropical garden and a Bali stone pool, perfect for cooling off or enjoying the Mediterranean sun. The pool is open from April to October (exact dates on request). Two private parking spaces are also available in front of the villa.
Just 10 minutes from Béziers and 30 minutes from lively Cap d’Agde, Villa Monégasque is the perfect balance between tranquillity and proximity to the region’s finest beaches and entertainment.

On a quiet street perfect for family vacation. Had a sense the location and area very safe and secure.
A car is a must. Beach 15 mins away walking and shops/reatauraunts 10 min drive. The carrefour was excellent.
Villa was spotless when we arrived.
We would avsolutely stay again.

We had such a lovely stay! We wish we stayed for longer. The company dealing were amazing and so helpful and accommodating! Will most certainly use again when we come back to France! 😊
