Pool is very very smallThere was not broom or anything for us to use to clean up with Water pressure was very low for ALL showersAbout 25 min drive anywhere you want to goWall very thin so you can hear neighbors on both sidesHost was very great at communication. Always messaged back immediately.

This house was larger than expected which we loved. We LOVED the safety feature for the pool doors so we didn’t have to worry about our 4 and 3 year olds sneaking off to the pool. (They tried it one morning scared them and didn’t touch the door the rest of the trip!) The best suprise was it comes with two dishwashers, we cooked most meals there so that was great. We did have to go buy multiple utensils due to not having a spatula and a few other items. We loved that! We were told in the pre check in message we had access to club pool, which we did not. The AC did go out Saturday, but they sent a handyman out within a few hours to repair(thank goodness we were home when it happened!) would highly recommend to anyone going with family.

Property was great and we loved hanging out in the pool and playing games on the porch. Host is great to communicate with and the check-in, check-out was so easy!

The house is ok and in a gated community but while it is inside encore you don't get to use any amenities like the gym or waterpark, the furniture could use an update as there was a torn chair and the leather was worn on the couch
