Note: The lower deck is exclusively for your use, but boat owners may walk through briefly to reach the dock. No access to the home, and it happens rarely.


Lake Pontchartrain stretches out before you from not one but two private balconies, where marina views and still morning water set the pace for your stay. Rain or shine, this is a townhouse built around the water - coffee as the sun rises over the marina, and quiet evenings watching the boats settle in for the night.

Living space
The open-plan living area centers on an HDTV with Roku and a stack of board games for slower afternoons indoors. A dedicated workspace with a door keeps things functional if you need to log on, backed by central air conditioning and central heating so the space stays comfortable regardless of the season.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests across four beds. The primary suite holds a king bed with its own private bath. A second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third is set up with full beds and a daybed with trundle - a practical layout for families or larger groups. Room-darkening blinds, extra pillows and blankets, and a walk-in wardrobe plus additional wardrobe and chest of drawers round out the sleeping quarters. A half bath adds extra convenience alongside the two full bathrooms.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is set up for real cooking, not just reheating - a Frigidaire electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker sit alongside cooking basics, crockery and cutlery, a blender, toaster, baking sheet, and kettle. A dining table anchors the space, and a wet bar nearby makes it easy to mix a drink or pour coffee before heading out for the day.

Bathroom
Both full bathrooms come stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hairdryer, with hot water throughout. The half bath downstairs is a welcome extra when the house is full.

Outdoor living
Step out to either balcony for sweeping lake and marina views, or head down to the private patio with outdoor furniture, an outdoor dining area, and a private outdoor kitchen. The private gas BBQ grill is ready for evening cookouts, and sun loungers line the heated pool, open 24 hours, with a hot tub alongside it. A private boat berth gives direct water access for anyone arriving - or heading out - by boat.

Convenience & amenities
An in-unit washer and dryer, iron, and clothes drying rack make longer stays easy, and a safe is on hand for valuables. Families traveling with little ones will find a travel cot available on request, a paid folding high chair, baby safety gates, and babysitter recommendations. Exterior security cameras, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit cover the essentials, and self check-in with a smart lock means arrival is simple whenever you land.

Location
You're steps from Breakwater Park and the marina, with lake access via a nearby path or dock. From here it's a short drive to the French Quarter, the Superdome, and Frenchmen Street, making this a solid base for Mardi Gras or festival season without giving up the quiet of a lakefront setting. A launderette nearby and free driveway parking for two cars, plus additional street parking, round things out.

Please note: No parties, no unregistered guests, and no smoking. Any attempt to host a party of any kind will result in immediate termination of the stay with no refund.
