Great location, easy to check in and out, cabin floor had space for luggage that doesn't fit in the lockers.
The bathrooms were really dirty - mould on the shower door, mirrors and sinks clearly hadn't been cleaned in a while. The valuables locker was on a different floor to the cabins, which was annoying to not have things accessible from the room floor.

It was a great place to stay while we were doing things around shibuya, I would say it is a very sleeping and then leaving type of place. there are no reason to linger, and great for solo travelers.
If you are a female traveler, the dressing rooms are very nice for doing make up in the morning and for doing skincare at night with the big counter space.
I traveled with two other friends and this place just did not have a big lounge to wait for my friends. That is okay if you are a solo traveler, but just a bit annoying if you want to wait for a friend of the opposite gender who is staying on a different floor.

Absolutely liked staying there. Great location, it wad clean and quiet.
The only thibg was that the beds were a bit too tough for me. It wasnt the comfiest place I’ve stayed in but it was fine and I slept well.
