Piso agradable en el centro algo ruidoso por la noche.

Ubicación (centro), buena habitación y baño aunque con las cosas justas, terraza agradable para lectura, check-in y check-out sin complicaciones.

Al estar en el centro, entre 4-6am tienes que aguantar escándalo y borracheras al ser zona de paso. Menaje (toallas, cocina, sábanas) un poco justo porque hay 1 juego de todo pese a que la estancia era de 5 días. Aparcar es complicado.

Muy buena ubicación para ver la ciudad y disfrutar del ambiente de tiendas y lugares donde comer.

No tiene ascensor y hay que subir las maletas a mano. Falta cuidar los remates de obra.

Ni bueno… ni bonito.. ni barato!

Ubicación

El apartamento está muy céntrico y muy bien situado. La idea de hacerlo turístico es buena, pero le falta mucho para que sea de una buena calidad y confortable. Es frío …hay que calentarlo mucho. aunque al pedir una segunda calefacción nos la proporcionaron inmediatamente. Agradecemos que nos diesen ése en concreto porque parece ser segun el anfitrion que el otro era peor. La entrada y el edificio deja mucho que desear porque está sin terminar, y las instalaciones ,por ejemplo la luz, salta cada día un par de veces si en el edificio hay varias cosas enchufadas. Es incómodo y hay que estar pendiente de encender algo.El portal y escalera en obra casi y mal olor. Dentro hay utensilios suficientes para pasar unos días, pero hay cosas para mejorar Muebles que se caen en cuanto los tocas, por ejemplo cajoneras. La ropa de cama y manta no es adecuada incluso sucias. La limpieza tampoco es suficiente ,para un sitio turístico y al precio que se paga. No nos proporcionaron toallas en mitad de la estancia ni lo mencionaron y era para una semana entera Hay que rematar muchas cosas en la estancia y en el edificio y esperamos que con el tiempo lo hagan, pero hasta entonces no deberían de cobrar 100 € la noche. Es un estilo boho chic que se queda en un quiero y no puedo. Ó puedo… pero no quiero La habitación es una alcoba, sin ventilación.Silenciosa para dormir eso si. Algunos muebles y decorados con toque clásico chic El pueblo es fantástico….. Aparcamiento de sobra en los alrededores. Silencio para descansar. Buen ambiente en las calles de alrededor. Buenos y diferentes edificios modernistas y clásicos para visitar. Playa cercana pero no para ir caminando con niños por ejemplo. Al anfitrion ni lo llegamos a conocer porque en toda una semana ni apareció
