Really good location, being literally 5 mins walk from the action while being on a relatively quiet side street.
I couldn’t really work out where some of the noise was coming from but there seems to be all kinds of activities and maybe even functions going on in the surrounding buildings but it does seem to quiet down late evening.

The location is amazing. Sits right across the heart of the historic town center.
There are a few things that needs to be addressed by the property management. Staring with the stairs, not all the stairs are same size, so it becomes a risk when climbing up the steep and narrow stairs. The bed on the main floor had a broken leg (left leg side), it is a hassle to sleep on the bed. There were two bathrooms with showers as we got the duplex. But the overhead shower does not work, only the hand shower works. In such a narrow bathing area, using hand shower is a nuisance. The upper floor showers did not work. The bed mattress was too soft for us. The main floor sofa does not have enough cushion to support seating. The upper floor has a constant ticking noise which interferes with sleeping.
