The price is very convenient and the price you pay is what you get. Now that’s great for someone to get themselves off the streets and then build from there if you have a job or making any sort of income of course and manage it well. You’re able to save money and get to work even if you lack your own transportation or need to fix your own vehicle which in that case that’s what I had to do and succeeded. You could still save and get one eventually. Gas stations are walking distance and things that you need only. Some people are cool and some are not so it’s best to stay to yourself in most cases
Now personally for me what I did not like is the fact that roaches just keep coming out no matter how many you get rid of. Very difficult and felt insecure about falling asleep because of roach getting on the bed with you even getting on your own sheet that you bring. Had to keep my food covered at all times and just needed to be outside most of the time. The tub faucet didn’t work so I needed to sponge bath instead tub was not clean and had roaches in it, air conditioning ,curtains , doors were dirty and the floors for some reason would not dry hours after mopping it and was difficult to dry window was also dirty. Now I’m not tearing this place down by any means but pest control and cleanliness would significantly improve an overall stay
