The location was great! I enjoyed my stay and was very comfortable the whole time with my partner. Overall, the hotel was amazing and chill. I love the staff, always so kind and helpful!

Smart and modern look with decent space to move around, good bed, large sink surface area for bath items, large surface for clothes /items, fun projector TV. Very clean, and fragrance free sheets! No smells other than a rose scented air freshener in the wall, which would be good to get rid of for folks with Asthma
A lot of city noise comes through the window/ mounted AC unit. There is a ton of light that comes through the shade as well due to the AC unit location. While mostly fragrance free, the use of air freshener was unfortunate, even after asking for it to be fragrance free in the pre-arrival chat. I never got a response from the pre-arrival chat interface. The room and hotel is definitely slowly going down hill, with logo lettering on the shower glass partially fallen off, the soap dispenser ripped from the wall and the tile poorly patched, and the AC unit face cover falling off.

The property was esthetically pleasing. The room was nice and spacious and the staff were very friendly and responsive.
The microwave and ice were only accessible in the lobby. We were grateful for that the hotel offered parking but parking after a certain time came with difficulties. There is only one primary entrance which is around the corner from the parking lot. This made for a lengthy trip when carrying things and when walking late at night. The ramp leading the garage was covered by a garage that we didn’t know existed and could only be opened by texting the property. They were super quick to respond and very gracious in letting us in and out but it was at times a hassle.
