- Great bathrooms - lots of space and good shower pressure
- Kitchen had lots of space, well-equipped with dishes and appliances
- Large bedrooms with lots of storage space
- Beautiful living room/dining room area
- While the kitchen was very well-equipped, it lacked basics that should be provided - hand washing dish soap, salt, pepper, sugar. People staying for only a couple of days don't want to have to purchase items they will only use a very small amount of.
- The leisure centre felt a bit tired and the jacuzzi water was tepid.

Good location, staff helpful, very timely and good service when we had a problem with a toilet.
Kitchen work surface a little tired and the taps dripping.

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. We were very satisfied with everything. The accommodation was comfortable, the facilities were great, and we had a lovely experience overall. We would definitely be happy to stay here again.
Everything was all good, I can’t guess what was not good

Location is central to the Ring of Kerry area. It is very close to the Kilarney National Park and the town of Kilarney. Very convenient in terms of dining options and things to do. We were late in booking so this place provided a convenient rental "house" with 2 beds, 2 bath and a kitchen. So it served the purpose.
It is VERY DATED. Feels like they have done NO UPDATES in last 10-15 years. The bar scene is boring. Water heater had issues. TV does not have Netflix and is quite small per current standards.
