Travelling to Italy with our dog Bertie and needed an accessible room also, so this was ideal.
It's a buzzy hotel, which we loved and the staff all round are super friendly and helpful.
The restaurant during the evening was very busy, but service was great and I had the best mussels ever! There is a set two or three course menu available and after choosing this option, we'd highly recommend. They also do a decent Mojito Classique!
Our room was immaculate, comfortable and spacious.
Charging for electric cars available at the Kyriad hotel next door. Also, if you don't want to eat in the hotel there are other dining options close by. However, we would highly recommend the restaurant here.

Very attentive and positive hotel staff who accommodated my requests regarding the location of my room in the hotel.
The hotel is very clean. The bed, mattress, and shower room are extremely comfortable. The hotel is maintained in very good condition.
The breakfast is quite good, although a little modest considering the price.
Sharing a Hotel and Restaurant with Dogs
Perhaps there are people who enjoy having breakfast in the company of chickens, cows, pigs, or dogs, but not everyone finds this pleasant, especially from a hygiene perspective.
Moreover, dogs, like other animals, do not understand that they are supposed to remain quiet in public areas and avoid drawing negative attention to themselves.
In short, the hotel manager forced me to have breakfast surrounded by dogs, listening to their barking and breathing in the delightful freshness of dog odours.
For this reason, I will never return to this hotel, and this is precisely why I have lowered my rating.
It is a shame that the hotel manager, without my permission, decided to seat me next to dogs, which I dislike and am afraid of. Furthermore, I am allergic to the smell of dogs.
As a result, I had my breakfast very quickly, without enjoying it at all, and fled the restaurant.
I always write reviews about my hotel stays, especially when visiting a hotel for the first time, and I always read reviews written by other guests.
This information will be useful for those who do not want animals invading their personal space during their hotel stay.
And one more thing: I am not even sure whether a dog had slept in my bed the night before.
The gym was another disappointment. Please don’t undermine an otherwise decent hotel with a facility that can barely be called a proper gym. Its condition falls well short of what guests expect from a four-star hotel. It would be better to close it temporarily and improve it than to offer it to guests in its current state. It gives the impression that management pays little attention to guests’ fitness needs.

Great location right off the highway, yet surprisingly quiet. The parking feels secure, and the rooms are modern and comfortable. The pool is a decent size, although it can get quite crowded at times. The food was good, but if you're willing to drive a little farther, you can find much better dining options at significantly lower prices.
