The iconic building. Once a lifetime worth staying here.
Its far, not a 5* hotel

This hotel is for Corbusier aficionados. Very very small room, and a tight space to move around in. However true to its architectural manifesto. Beautiful restaurant and staff a lot of fun. Rooftop visit the highlight.

I loved it! The building is stunning, and inside it was quaint and vintage and full of quirks. It was like staying at your friend's gran's house. It had a relaxed, uncomplicated family feel.
A few things were a bit tired (like the upholstery on the armchair, and the cushions), and we could get hot water in the showers but not at the sink taps because of the water pressure. I didn't mind really but just so you know what to expect - it is very much of its time and ... quaint and vintage and full of quirks!

I booked because of the Le Corbusier connection.
Staff were a bit disorganised. The evening meal was odd: more style than quality. Breakfast was one croissant and squeeze your own orange juice. It all felt a bit unprofessional.
