Location was great, stay was ok not fantastic, however the staff are rude, unhelpful and not taking any care of their vi

Location, cleanliness, good and safe parking, good security.

I would like to share my experience with noclegi renters which was unacceptable and most certainly unpleasant. It all started a month before our stay when we booked the apartment. At this time everything went smoothly and we received our booking confirmation. The day of our stay our confirmed booking, my daughter noticed that they did not share instructions on how to enter the building. She was trying to get a hold of them in the morning however it kept pushing her to send a message or email. Even doing that they did not answer. After spam calling a couple of times they finally answered and told my daughter that the financial department was still managing our booking and that they would get back to us. On our drive to Poznan, our family started to get anxious because we have still not heard from the financial department or noclegi renters. I would also like to add that we speak both Polish and English fluently so there really shouldn’t have been any misunderstanding or poor communication. During our drive, we decided to call them again to what someone told us that our stay isn’t confirmed anymore because of an invalid card, we tried to talk to a manager and were told that the manger would call us back, lets just say we are still waiting for that phone call. After entering 3 different cards they proceeded to tell us that after an hour our stay will be cancelled. However within minutes we got an email that our stay was cancelled. This is completely unacceptable, how is it possible to wait until the day of to tell your visitors that their card didn’t go through and cancel their stay, especially on the road. We were forced to rebook our stay and pay an extra $200 CAD and suddenly our invalid card worked. I really believe that this company is one big scam. How could you take a whole month to confirm one card and cancel the stay a few hours before our arrival all to make us rebook the stay at a way higher price.

We had a lovely stay in Poznan and would consider using the apartment again.

Location was excellent as well as the parking arrangements.

It was difficult to get checked in as we had expected staff to be on site and was unaware of an email that was sent. Many times we do not travel with email access, so this could have been very difficult to get into the apartment. Thanks to the building security, we were able to get check in resolved.

The apartment's central location and comfortable furnishings made for a pleasant and memorable stay

I recently stayed with my family at the apartment and had a pleasant experience. The apartment is centrally located, within walking distance of all the main attractions, and is well-furnished with everything needed for a short stay. While the building's isolation could be improved (you could easily hear talking or music from other neighbors), it didn't bother us as we were mostly out exploring the city. Check-in could be improved (I get the point that there is no other way but to collect the keys from a building nearby), but overall it was a good stay. I would recommend this apartment to others visiting Poznan.
