It's generally okay on a weekend.

cleanliness and accommodation

It's quite a long way to go to get the key. The boiler isn't working and the sink is broken.

Terrible experience, scammy and phishy, they collected my money and didn't let me into the property.

Everyone beware. This property will not let you in unless you provide your full biometric data to a 3rd party server. After payment on Booking, they will contact you from an unknown number via your personal Whatsapp, they will claim they are from Booking.com, and will ask you to fill a registration form on Chekin.com, part of which is your submission of your national ID/passport copy and a selfie. Chekin.com is a 3rd party server located in Argentina. You will be also asked to pay the city tax extra via Sumup.com, another 3rd party website, this time hosted in the US. The property doesn't communicate via Booking.com and they will give you those links that will collect your ID, face and credit card details, all in one moment over Whatsapp. If you don't comply, they will claim you have not fulfilled their conditions and they will not give you the passcode to open the door at the property. This happened to me and I had to book another hotel because I was not sending my ID and a selfie to a 3rd party not bound by EU's GDPR rules. Then the property rejected cancelling the reservation and proceeded to charge me the full amount. No info about this dangerous registration process is shared upfront in their Booking.com ad, they dump it on you after you book and pay in full. I am now fighting to get my money back which is proving to be a major problem. Needless to say, communications- and helpfulness-wise, the property was absolutely unsupportive, but I guess that's clear at this point. To me, this property enforces phishing on you and is scammy to whomever who isn't happy sharing their full biometric data and credit card details to random websites around the world and would like to stay under the protective umbrella of Booking.com. Do not book here unless you are a keen sharer of all your personal details to anyone the property dictates. This has never been more dangerous than in the age of generative AI.
