Big room with large bathroom. Lift to room. Great location for Wagga Wagga Civic Theatre.
Couldn't open the window for some fresh air.

Room was clean as was the whole facility. Staff were excellent.
I asked for a late check-out of only 1 hour and was charged an extra $20 for this, which is shocking!

The ambience was great. The room was clean, and very large.
Bathroom was great.
Plenty of parking.
The accommodation was Ok, but 3x complaints were
1/ Air conditioner was hard to control. It was either too hot or too cold. We couldn't find a happy medium.
If they left instructions on how to use/set or had staff available to help explain it would have helped.
2/ The most uncomfortable bed. Mattress was obviously old as it was deeply indented in middle and was virtually impossible for my wife and I to stay on our own side. Would obviously suit newlyweds.
3/ Pillows were useless, virtually no stuffing left.
