free parking (read below about it !!!!!!)
staff answered each time very quickly
a little flexible with the check out , but at the exact agreed hour they knocked on our door, which was totally rude. we did our best, but this is why we required 2 extra hours, not 1, because we had such a busy day (went to church) + 1 toddler and a baby with us!!!!
functional hot water system, ok for adults
well equipped kitchen
- one shaking bed, didn t look too stable
- parking: free, but some locals told us some cars get burgled in the area, so we had to hide everything from sight in the car and stayed worried all night
- neighborhood (shady, rather a china town!)
- bad smell of mold
- the windows did not soundproof at all!!!!
- hot water system : ok for adults , but very annoying for the kids who had to be washed after poo with cold water (we had to turn on the system 30min in advance to get warm water, and their poo is impossible to predict 30min before!)
- we found a dead crockroach

great location, just outside of all the crowds but 15min walk to the center
everything was alright

The room was new and clean.
The location was not so good. I didn’t feel safe in the nights. It was indicated that there is no house parties and after 11 PM it is quite time in the property. However, in the next door, there was a party till morning I couldn’t sleep.
