Great breakfast, large spacious room, equipped kitchen meeting all basic needs.
The reception kept running out of drinking water late in the day. Make sure to buy water. Also the subway station is a bit of walk but convenient connection to Manhattan.

Great room size with facilities, comfy beds and very good size bathroom, breakfast included gives a bonus
Location- not very safe with family. You can’t walk alone in queens and seems dangerous walking by near the area. Walk to nearest station is about 10-12min, lifts are very slow especially during peak hours long wait time

Location
TV wasn’t working, two out of the three elevators were not working so hard to walk up and down south flight of stairs, multiple times, my daughter woke up two days in a row with bug bites on her arms manager, however, did compensate for the issues
