The property was lovely and clean on arrival. The instructions were clear and lovely facilities games. The property was absolutely beautiful. Inside and out. When messaging the staff they responded very promptly. I would 100% stay there again in a heartbeat. So relaxing and calm.

The property was everything we could have imagined and more. It was spacious beyond our needs and it truly was something one would thinking belongs in a story book.
Woodcutters lodge is perfect for little children. No stairs and more than enough space for little feet to run around worry free
Slightly dusty and small items missing. Ie Vacuum, and a broom to sweep leaves out

Has massive potential to be a great place to stay in a lovely setting.
No instructions on how to use anything. Heating was either too hot or no heating at all. Wasn't clear how to control. Could have done with a deep clean, lots of dust! The TV remote wasn't working and had to contact the property multiple times to get a fix. Was told to try switching on and off......
No basic amenities such as hand soap and shower gel which I would have expected for the price point.
