Beautiful property. Very spacious room. Staff friendly & helpful.
Room on the chilly side when we arrived & took a while to navigate the air con. Also found the casual dining area & dungeon bar a bit cold. Tiles in shower dated and while they were clean, they actually looked dirty.
Disappointed that upon checking out we weren't asked if we enjoyed our stay.

Quite unique. Loved the overall ambience of the place Loved having a G&T in the library. Dining room service and food were excellent. Great staff, just the right balance - competent and friendly without being gushy and your new best friend.
Two single beds pushed together does not make one double bed.

It lived up to what you think of when dreaming about staying in a castle. The staff were professional and helpful. The dinner was fancy. Our server was quintessential royal. The room was fancy. We got to take our slippers! The bathtub was divine.
If you want to take advantage of the spa, you need to book in advance.

The breakfast was delicious and all of the staff was very friendly and helpful.
The room was very outdated- the carpet was threadbare in places, one of our windows wouldn’t close, there was mold and mildew throughout the bathroom- including on the ceiling- and the sink had a huge crack in it.
