Perfect, cozy apartment with great hosts and ideal location!

The apartment was perfect! comfortable, cozy, and warm, with a very well-equipped kitchen including thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, spices, and cereal, which made the stay especially pleasant. Communication with the hosts was excellent, and the location felt ideal, close to everything and right next to Warsaw’s largest Christmas market!

The check-in process was generally fine, though collecting the key from an outdoor lockbox in the cold weather was a bit uncomfortable. Overall, the stay was very good.

Strategically located and great value.

Great value for money and location. Close to all main attractions by foot.

disappointing and unacceptable experiences

The only positive aspects of this apartment were its convenient location and the fact that finding the key was easy. Unfortunately, these are the only good things I can highlight about the place

I would like to report a serious issue with the accommodation and the way the situation was handled by the host company. Upon arrival, I discovered that the apartment was extremely dirty. The bed linen had stains, lipstick marks, yellow spots, and was covered with different types of hair. The floors were not cleaned, and the bathroom was also in very poor hygienic condition. The overall state of the apartment was far below any acceptable standard. The next early morning, several unknown people knocked on my door and rang the doorbell, even though I had not been informed that anyone would be visiting. This made me feel unsafe and added to an already unpleasant experience. Because of all these issues, I decided to leave the property on the second day and not return. Unfortunately, the host company’s response made the situation even worse. Their support informed me that it was “my problem” for reporting the cleanliness issue the next morning. I clearly explained that my check-in was very late (around 23:00) due to a late flight, and I was exhausted after traveling. Despite this, they insisted that I should have reported everything immediately upon arrival. After notifying them that I was leaving the apartment on the second day due to the unacceptable conditions, I was told again that “it’s not their responsibility” and that I should have raised the issue on the first day. When I finally requested a refund for the booking, they also stated that they cannot process a refund, even though the accommodation clearly did not meet basic standards. This has been one of the most disappointing and unacceptable experiences I have ever had when booking accommodation. I am requesting a full refund due to the poor state of the apartment, the safety concerns, and the completely unhelpful and dismissive attitude of the host company.

Perfect Apartment in the heart of Warsaw

Everything was perfect, the apartment is super cozy and you have everything you need, so well located too

The only thing a bit difficult was to find the key box, the rest perfect

Mieszkanie w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, kilka kroków do metra. Czysto i przytulnie. Bardzo duży plusem jest ekspres do kawy, zmywarka i pralka. Bardzo dobry kontakt z firmą obsługującą wynajem mieszkania, szybko odpowiadają na pytania.

Kotara pod prysznicem wymaga zmiany.
