Good place for the beach and also for grocery shopping

Staff was helpful but property issues make me stay away from this house and property management

Staff was very helpful, they communicated along the process and we're very helpful with making it easy for our check in as we couldn't be there within the check in timeframe. We were missing the baby crib and even after calling at 11pm they still answered the phone and sent someone to go deliver the crib.

As soon as we entered the property there was a very big and bad smell coming from inside the house, after looking around for what was causing the smell, we found a cooked pizza in the microwave that was rotten, because of this there were hundreds of ants all over the kitchen surfaces. As soon as the staff person delivered the crib we told them about it and even she was bothered by the smell in the apartment, she took the rotten food away. Another issue was the crib not being there after we requested and after they accepted the request, although they delivered one that same night it shows the lack of communication and attention. Bathroom tub wasn't cleaned properly having pubic hairs around the drain. In one of the rooms the built-in blinds were broken, we were not able to close the blinds meaning as soon as sunrise came around we were awake with all the light entering the Room. Overall the apartment was cleaned with some bugs crawling around but the fact that we encountered all these issues and having paid a high price I don't feel I got my money's worth out of this experience, I believe alot of this can be blamed on the cleaning company but at the end of the day the company renting has the full responsibility and should do a walk around to make sure everything is in order. Another thing that can help os leaving more toilet paper for guests, having a total of 6 people in the house and one roll of toilet paper is not enough.

Bad customer service, beautiful apartment.

Very modern and spacious.

The customer service was not great. The shower plug was locked when we got in and we could not fix it, so had to stand in bath water. They did not tell us where the key was to get in, so had to wait in the rain while we contacted them.

ruim appartement met 3 afzonderlijke slaapkamers.

Het uitzicht was een oud appartementsgebouw en dat was niet fraai. Badkamer was schoon, maar in bad was wel een handdouche, maar deze kon je niet hoog in een houder zetten, waardoor je onder de douche kon staan, dus dat was niet handig.
