It was a lovely area, good parking, close to the DLR to get into London. The staff were lovely and attended to our needs. The owners responded fast and listened to our requests in a friendly, professional manner.
Noise from other people staying at the accommodation into early hours of the morning during our first night.

Clean, well equipped kitchen, location ideal for my needs.
I had to go up a flight of stairs, hadn't realised that there was no lift. I chose that apartment because I thought there was a desk and chair, but no chair provided.

Location was excellent with the bonus of free parking
Faulty windows that were lodged open with a bottle. Exceptionally loud residents in other rooms who didn't follow the "quiet times" ruling.
Bathroom was filthy under the sink and we didn't use the bathmat as it also didn't look clean.
