Really lovely hotel set above Kandy with gorgeous views. We stayed for 2 nights and it was a perfectly relaxing stay. The food is great at the restaurant on the top floor.
The rooms are large and clean. Really friendly staff.

Stunning hotel, lovely staff and an unreal view. Room was emaculate and modern. Breakfast buffet was lovely too! We will miss this place.

Lovely clean room with views over Kandy.
The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay memorable. The roof top bar is an added bonus. The hotels location in the Kandy hills is perfect. Just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre but close enough to walk down to the lake.

Beautiful stay at the grand serendib. I booked this hotel after reading some reviews and liking the pictures and it did not disappoint. In a great location just up the hill from KANDY centre away from the hustle and bustle. Amazing views from the huge room and balcony, the restaurant for breakfast and pool area then on the floor above a gorgeous rooftop bar and restaurant which we ate in a few nights with lovely entertainment Another night we got room service and ate on our balcony as we were so tired from our day trip and thw food standard and service was just as good. The pool was slightly smaller than I thought but we managed to get beds and was lovely and chilled. We also had a massage on our first day at the spa which was fabulous and very reasonably priced. All the staff couldnt do enough to make your stay memorable and the welcome drink and wet towel on arrival was a nice touch. Also recommend a car service for us to get from the airport.
