Just 7 km from the beaches, our cottage is ideally located for exploring the vibrant, wild, and natural Landes region in all seasons. The free summer shuttle and nearby bike paths allow you to safely reach the beaches. The village of Lit-et-Mixe offers all the amenities and services you need for your stay. Our cottage is a functional and modern detached house. You'll appreciate its brightness, comfort, and small, private outdoor space. A great place to stay for your vacation or business trip to the Silver Coast... This vacation rental is spread over two levels. On the ground floor: a living room with a sitting area (Wi-Fi, TV, double sofa bed), a dining area, an open-plan kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment), a bathroom (shower and washing machine), a separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 attic bedrooms (2 double beds) a 6.5m² attic cabin bedroom (1 single bed), a second toilet. For your convenience, cleaning, bed linens, towels, and household linens are included, as are water, electricity, and heating charges. The exterior features: a terrace with garden furniture and a plancha grill. Parking is located on the property. The property, which also includes the owners' home, is located on Route D66 leading from Uza to Lit-et-Mixe. A free summer shuttle runs from the village to the beaches.
