About this villa rental
A beautiful, renovated villa in a quiet location with breathtaking views.
Outside, there is a lovely private pool with terraces and a barbecue.
The house has 3 levels.
On the first floor, a large living room opens onto a lovely, sheltered terrace overlooking the pool. Two bathrooms and two bedrooms are located on the same level, along with a fully equipped kitchen.
Upstairs, another large living room with access to the terrace offers an even more unobstructed view.
There are also two bedrooms with a bathroom and another kitchen.
On the top floor, there is a large, spacious, and bright bedroom with a separate bathroom. Access to a terrace offers a spectacular view.
The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning.
Parking is available on the property, where two cars can be parked easily.
A fee of 8 € per night will be charged upon arrival for each electric or hybrid car.
This villa is ideal for families with children.
During your stay, I’ll personally welcome you on the day of your arrival and provide you with a map of L’Escala containing all the essential information you’ll need (supermarkets, restaurants, excursions, nearby towns, etc.).
Throughout your vacation, I am available 7 days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. to assist with any issues.

Lovely villa perfect for the family Would love to visit again

Overall an excellent property with great facilities. There were some snags, but didn’t detract from the experience. Would have been useful to understand how elevated the property was, as we had a very elderly family member, but solved that by renting a mobility scooter. However, the views at night were lovely because of the height, with house martins swooping around. Location was great for Reills and Montgó beaches.
