About this apartment rental
Our apartment is located in the "Stade" district (upper part of Val Thorens). The departure and return to the apartment is done on skis (no operation). The apartment is on the first floor of the secure residence Roc de Peclet 2. It was completely renovated last year and it has been classified "3 golden snowflakes" by the resort's tourist office. It has all the comforts and equipment to make your stay pleasant:
- a separate bedroom with bunk beds and a large wardrobe. (you can store your suitcases under the beds)
- a bathroom with shower and suspended toilet, towel dryer and vanity unit to store toiletries.
- The living room is pleasant and bright with a sofa bed (140 cm bed with a 15 cm mattress 30kg/cm3), a lounge area with flat screen TV, coffee table, board games, cards and books. A dining area with a table and 4 chairs. Real kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge-freezer combi, extractor hood, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fondue machine, raclette machine and crepe maker.
Linen is provided: bed linen, towels, dish towels. Each bed has a warm duvet and a pillow.
All radiators are inertia and programmable. Roller shutters on the windows.
The apartment is strictly NON-SMOKING: smoking is not allowed in the windows or on the balcony. Please go outside the residence. Failure to do so will result in additional cleaning and deodorization costs for the apartment.
Pets are not allowed. Rentals always start on Saturdays
NEW: WIFI IN THE APARTMENT First floor apartment in a secure residence (badge to enter)
The individual lockable ski locker is located on level R-2 in a ski room directly overlooking the slopes, it is accessible by lift using the badge.
The internal rules of the residence forbid climbing upstairs with ski equipment, including ski boots. However, you can wear your boots in the apartment to dry them (bins provided for this purpose are available in the apartment)
Remember to book the parking lot in advance because it is cheaper, it costs about 90€ for the covered parking lot because parking is prohibited in the resort except on the days of arrival and departure (on valthoparc). The badge that allows you to enter the residence and take the elevator will be charged 100€ in case of loss.

Arrival is at 5:00 p.m.,
The day before you must contact the concierge service by phone, text message or e-mail to inform them of the approximate time of arrival.
On the day of arrival, please contact the concierge service 1 hour before your arrival.
On leaving, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 a.m., unless otherwise agreed.
Guests must have taken out the garbage, emptied the refrigerator and dishwasher and left the apartment clean and tidy. Used sheets and towels must be folded.
