Instalações boas. Camas boas. Localização dentro do empreendimento boa. Equipe de suporte a locação excelente.
Alguns objetos estão desgastados pelo mau uso mas nada que atrapalhe.

The Golf Ville condominium is very good and complete. The apartment itself has a good, spacious layout with plenty of closet space.
However, the apartment is highly deteriorated. The kitchen utensils were still half-dirty, which made us uncomfortable using them, and the overall cleanliness of the kitchen left a lot to be desired. We also had issues with the master bedroom's air conditioning, which didn't work, and the internet was down for most of one day. It is definitely not worth the price we paid for the apartment.
