Comfy, happy family.

Good place to stays it was very spacious and comfortable inside. Great layout and environment.

The garden and outside area needs some work, and is not as pristine as the pictures. Be aware the pool is seasonal, so when we came it was green and was not usable in this season.

To: Booking.com Customer Support Subject: Formal Complaint Against the Property Owner – Misrepresentation, Unacceptable Living Conditions, Rude Behaviour, and Request for Refund Dear Booking.com Customer Support Team, I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against the owner of the house I booked through Booking.com. My experience was extremely disappointing, and the property failed to provide even the most basic facilities that a paying guest has every right to expect. Despite charging us a substantial amount for our stay, the owner provided accommodation that was far below an acceptable standard. The following serious deficiencies made our stay extremely uncomfortable: 1. No Gas Supply or Alternative Arrangements There was no gas available in the house. Consequently, we could not prepare breakfast, make tea, take a proper shower, or obtain hot water. The owner claimed that gas load-shedding was affecting the entire city. However, if he was aware of this problem, it was his responsibility to arrange a backup gas cylinder or another reasonable alternative to ensure that his guests could meet their basic needs. We were left without any practical solution. 2. Inadequate Bedding and Uncomfortable Conditions The weather was cold, yet proper quilts or warm bedding were not provided. We were left with only thin, inadequate coverings, making it difficult to rest comfortably. Such arrangements are unacceptable for accommodation offered to paying guests. 3. Extremely Poor Hygiene and Unpleasant Smell The water was visibly dirty and emitted an unpleasant smell. This raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene of the property. I will provide photographs as evidence of these conditions. 4. Unprofessional and Rude Behaviour of the Owner What made the situation even worse was the owner’s attitude towards us. Instead of responding professionally, understanding our difficulties, and offering a reasonable solution, he treated us in an unacceptable manner.

The place was clean, comfortable and beautiful designed. the staff very friendly and helpful, making sire everything was perfect during my stay. I would definitely come baxk again!

Good place to stays it was very spacious and comfortable inside. Great layout and environment.
