Being able to leave your luggage after checkout and have access to a bathroom with a shower is fantastic. It’s such an amazing extra service and makes a huge difference!
The only minor inconvenience was some noise at night and very early in the morning, although this may simply have been due to a few particularly noisy guests.

"The fact there is a reception and the hosts are always available is awesome. Plus we were able to leave our bags before check in and after check out was a great plus!"
