A very stylish, well-equipped & comfortable apartment; loved the decor & attention to detail with lots of extra touches (such as a Bluetooth speaker, fairy lights, real plants etc). Location was great - a short walk uphill to lots of lovely independent shops, restaurants, and pubs) with off-street parking. Short drive to Highgrove and Westonbirt arboretum. Host was very attentive & quick to respond.
The building is fine-looking and in keeping with local architecture. It is a shame the front garden/entrance way does not solely belong to the apartment owner as these are not kept to the same standard as the apartment. But once inside, you’ll be amazed!

Really easy to access the property without needing to be there at a specific time. Gave us flexibility.

The location was great. The flat was comfortable particularly the hypnos bed.
The owners communication was good and she left a nice welcome basket.
We were v happy with the flat.
There was an allotted parking space nearby. There is a green and a shady walk nearby.
Tetbury is full of interesting shops and good places to eat.
We would definitely stay again if we are visiting the area and the Retreat is available.
It was hard to get a parking space directly outside. It was difficult unpacking the car. We had to double park, which made us a little anxious as we had to go upstairs to the first floor. I realise there is little that can be done about this and the allotted parking space served us well the rest of our stay.

Very close to town. Well sited for visits we had planned.
Clean, with everything we needed.
A good choice.
