This is a lovely large house that is comfortable for a small group. We are always happy when we are allowed to bring our small dog. Our trip to Pine Bush was short but it is a very beautiful rural area and this house did not disappoint.

The country setting is gorgeous and the property is as advertised. The kitchen is well-equipped, the public rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bedrooms are well-appointed with quality beds. Out-of-doors couldn’t be lovelier, with great front and backyards, lots of choices for al-fresco cooking and gathering. The basement game room offers distractions for rainy days (ping pong, board games, TV). The tap water, from a well, is a bit funky, but there’s a water cooler for fresh drinking and cooking. All and all, a great place to bring the whole family, gang, posse, whomever.

We rented "Martinelli Manor" for a weekend trip to the Hudson Valley to celebrate my father's 60th birthday. Our party was 7 adults and a 10 month old, and we all fit more than comfortably. The house was clean and spacious, and the property was beautiful. Would definitely recommend!
