We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the Reubling House Cabin! Everything was exactly like the pictures! This hidden gem is located in a perfect location in Defiance that is near several hopping places. We especially loved Stone Ledge Distillery down the road and across the street. The cabin was cozy and very updated. There are a few suggestions that we would say could make it better such as a bath mat in the bathroom (had to use a hand towel), a shelf in the shower for your shampoo, a shade for the window upstairs (the sun will wake you up if you sleep there), and a larger TV (it’s probably a 32” tv at best). Other than that, it’s a beautiful place and we will definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Ruebling cabin. It was exactly as the pictures showed. I have a lot of allergies, so staying in rentals can be tricky, but I had no troubles. It was clean and comfortable. They have done a really nice job of making upgrades (lots of hot water and easy air conditioning control) while maintaining a cabin feel. If we are back in the area, we will definitely try to stay here.

My family rented all 4 apartments on this property for our family and the bridal party for my daughter's wedding. The property was absolutely perfect and less than a mile from the venue.
