Our second stay at this well-equipped, comfort-filled cottage on pristine, quiet Arnold Lake. This time with family including a little one. We had a fantastic time, paddle-boarding, pedal-boating, swimming, walking, reading, sitting around the fire pit, catching a meteor shower and bald eagle Eddie as he made his rounds of the lake. A lovely “neighborhood” of others seeking beauty and quiet within an easy drive to Cooperstown. The owner of the cottage was kind and accessible when we had questions. We hope to return again and again.

It doesn't matter what season you visit this camp it's always beautiful. The camp has everything you need while still feeling rustic. From wifi to a paddle boat they have you covered. The owner is absolutely awesome to work with, professional and polite. I've gone 4 times now and am already planning a 5th, don't miss out on this place!

A great cottage fully stocked- Perfect quiet location close to Cooperstown fields. Very clean and had every thing you could possibly need. Lake was clean and quiet and wonderful for a family to get some R and R.

Wade’s lake front cabin is comfortable, very clean, neat, and well cared for. Great for a small family looking for a quiet, family friendly place to relax and be together. We’ve stayed here a number of times and always enjoy it.
