Uncomfortable stay, no value for money

When you pay almost 2000 euro, you expect at least the basic comfort, instead of missing items, broken amenities, and poor customer support that advise you to self-service. While the location and view were very good, the extensive maintenance issues and communication gaps made our holiday quite uncomfortable. What we liked: - The property is in a great location, 5minutes walk from the center but still on a quiet street, and about 20min walk from the beach. - We enjoyed the spacious balcony and the lovely view. - The mattress was nice and firm, though the pillows were a bit too flat for our personal taste.

1.Maintenance -Safety Hazard: Loose cables on the floor (dangerous for children). -Broken Amenities: Extremely slow Wi-Fi, non-working main lights in both the living room and bedroom, and a non-functional oven. -AC & Doors: The air conditioner emitted a foul, dirty-sock odor. Both the front and balcony doors were very difficult to lock/unlock, requiring a specific trick that was never explained. -Bathroom: Unstable toilet seat, shifted during use and men must hold the ring up manually. Reversed hot/cold shower settings nearly burned us. The overhead-only shower head made it impossible to wash without wetting your hair and very challenging to wash lower parts. Only two exposed screws were available instead of proper hooks to hang long body towels. -Layout: The TV is placed directly above the sofa, making it impossible to view while seated. 2.Missing Items: -Inaccurate Listing: The advertised "coffee machine" was just a basic Moka pot. No electric kettle or dish drying tray was provided. -No Supplies: Lacked basic amenities, such as shampoo, dish detergent, and kitchen towels. The bathroom soap dispenser was entirely empty too. 3.Service & Management -Difficult check-in: The instruction link failed, forcing multiple messages and a stressful delay outdoors in the heat. -Fragmented Communication: We had to communicate with different people who clearly didn't read chat history. We had to repeatedly explain the same issues, and no real action was taken over our entire 7-night stay. -Unhelpful solutions offered: a)Refill the hand-soap yourselves. Not one of the missing items were provided during our stay. b)Changing the lights was only offered on day 4, and during our absence (which we were uncomfortable with) c)Financial compensation (after stay), with the request to not leave a review about our experience.
