Breakfast had wide range of choices. Beds were firm, but comfortable. Enjoyed the bathroom accessories and supplies. Staff was very friendly.
Shower leaked onto floor despite efforts to stop. Hot water ran out during 1st shower.

The most comfortable bed and sheets EVER, that alone was worth the extra money. Staff was wonderful. They accommodated us arriving earlier than checkin as we drove overnight to get there. The breakfast options were amazing, my only disappointment was there was no cheese for the eggs, bagels etc. Loved the waffle & yogurt station.
Coffee in the room and a bucket for ice machine down the hall. No other suggestions as everything was nice, comfortable and clean!

The staff was very friendly and kept checking on us. The room was clean and well stocked and the facilities were very nice as well.
The people in the next room were kind of noisy but we were out a lot and by bedtime they calmed down

The front desk staff’s service was poor and unwelcoming, with a very cold attitude toward guests. The bathroom door was poorly designed—the lock often malfunctioned, and a soft-close or damper would greatly improve the experience. This was not an isolated issue: during a previous stay, the TV and phone were not working and the staff did not resolve the problem. After multiple unsatisfactory experiences, I do not plan to stay here again.
