The breakfast is superb. The bed was comfy. The staff is nice. Views are great, we had room with view on Göreme.

Beautiful property with stunning views, a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere, and excellent service. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also great for exploring Cappadocia.
Everything was great overall. We had a wonderful stay and have no major complaints.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hatem Suites. The hotel was noticeably clean, and I loved the atmosphere—it offered an authentic cave-hotel experience, which made our stay in Cappadocia feel special.
The breakfast was exceptional and definitely one of the highlights. Everything tasted fresh and homemade, with delicious and varied options changing from day to day.
The reception staff were also very approachable and helpful. They genuinely tried their best to assist us with anything we needed, whether related to the hotel itself or arranging and advising us about tours and activities.
The only downside was the location, as the hotel is relatively far from Göreme and the main tourist area, so getting around requires some planning.

The service was exceptional. The location was great. The view from the hotel is amazing. Definitely recommend the activities suggested by the hotel staff. It was very clean.
In general, it was great. The only issue is that the city is hilly; if you don't like hills, keep that in mind.
