The Sonnenblume apartment is located on the second floor on the lake side and offers a magnificent view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a kitchen-living room with a kitchenette (equipped with a refrigerator, 2 stovetops, a microwave, an electric kettle, a filter coffee maker, and the necessary utensils) and a dining table. And, of course, a shower and toilet. The apartment shares a large balcony with another apartment.

The “Sonnenblume” and “Burgblick” apartments feature a large, covered balcony, while the “Mohnblume” apartment has a beautiful terrace. These three vacation rentals face the lake. The “Lavendel” apartment faces the garden; it is very quiet, and the view of the greenery is very soothing. Flowers, various herbs, and trees, as well as the adjacent forest with cheerful birdsong, invite you to relax.
Our house features a large patio with a magnificent view of Lake Ossiach, a garden grill, sunbathing areas, table tennis, and a lounge with a TV. A crib is also available for our youngest guests. Free Wi-Fi.

In winter, our local mountain, the Gerlitzen (1,911 m), guarantees excellent slopes. Bad Kleinkirchheim, Nassfeld, and Dobratsch are perfect for downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, ski touring, and tobogganing.
