About this house rental
The apartment is located in a historic district of Vienna on a quiet side street. There are plenty of shopping options, all within walking distance. Excellent restaurants are right nearby. The Naschmarkt and the city center are just a 15-minute ride away by public transportation.

The place itself is great: big, bright, clean, decorated, has almost everything. The location is central, the beds are nice, the kitchen is fully functioning. However, there were issues with the host: 1. A wrong address was giving which added stress to the arriving day 2. There was a major construction going on in the adjunct building making it impossible to open windows during the day in the unit that did not have an AC. The host has neither notified us nor offered a compensation, though we complained. 3. At the end of a stay the host demanded an extra cleaning fee, in addition to what has been already paid, stating the high cost of the service. 4. There was an extensive inventory list written in German that we were supposed to sign, even though in the original listing both English and German languages of communication were indicated. You can't sign what you don't understand.
