The house was absolutely fantastic and well equipped!
The pool and the boule-place were used frequently!
The location was quiet and the center of the town is in walking distance.Very convenient for fresh baguettes every morning.Sainte Maxime is a very nice little town and we enjoyed many of its good restaurants.
There is a beach in the center and this was very good for our grandchildren.
We can strongly recommend Xaviers house for the vacation. Maybe we will come back!

We stayed in Xavier's villa for a month with our new baby, dog and parents and did not want to leave! It's a very clean, modern villa with great outdoor spaces, in reasonable walking distance from the beach (15min) and the town centre (20min). It was filled with all the amenities we needed for a long term family stay, including a microwave and blender that weren't on the listing but were a welcome surprise. Most of the furnishing is fairly basic, but functional. The staircase was fine for us, but is very steep. We expect this place will get even better as the garden matures, and would certainly return after falling in love with Sainte Maxime and its excellent restaurants, shops and beaches.
