About this apartment rental
Newly renovated 40 m2 studio. Spacious, fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower. Double bed and a sofa bed that sleeps two. My studio does not have a separate bedroom. The ceilings are high, as it’s a classic home, and there’s a large window in the kitchen that overlooks the courtyard. It’s an interior studio, though bright and very quiet.
MADRID 360 ZBE regulations. Only vehicles with an environmental sticker are allowed access.
In accordance with Spanish law, guest registration is mandatory (ID card/passport)
The space
Beautiful, brand-new 40 m2 studio in downtown Madrid, in one of the best neighborhoods, with restaurants, shops, and excellent public transportation. Brand-new, located in a building protected for its cultural value by the Commission for the Protection of Historical, Artistic, and Natural Heritage. Next to Paseo del Prado, in the museum triangle of El Prado, Thyssen, and Reina Sofía.
Guest access:
The kitchen is equipped with new appliances (refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, glass-ceramic stove, kettle for boiling water, etc.) and all the necessary kitchenware and utensils. The apartment has heating, air conditioning (AC), and free Wi-Fi.
Other things to note
One hand towel and one bath towel will be provided for each guest.
Bedding consists of a fitted sheet, a comforter with its cover, and two pillows with pillowcases.
