This location is excellent. It is between Notre Dame and the Louve in the Marais. The metro station is right outside the front door and you can easily get to most places. The home is light and open with lots of great windows. We really enjoyed the On Off Bus. It's a good way to orient yourself to Paris. Also the On off boat. Arnaud was communicative and a big help giving us directions from the airport. He is communicative and responsive to your questions. The home is welcoming. It would have been helpful to have directions on how to use the oven and cappachino machine. The neighborhood is lively with several bars and restaurants. I would definitely stay in Arnaud's home again.

This location is fantastic! The unit is somewhat dirty and in need of maintenance. the largest issue is that it is owned by a smoker. The cigarette smoke oder has permeated the furniture and draperies. Unless you are a smoker, I would not recommend renting this unit.
