Przesympatyczna gospodyni Patrizia. Apartament duży, przestronny. Wyposażony we wszystkie przydatne sprzęty i urządzenia. Lodówka zapełniona jedzeniem bez dodatkowych opłat. Gospodyni kontaktowała się w czasie naszego pobytu pytając czy czegoś nam nie trzeba. Spokojny, bezstresowy pobyt.
Nie jest to wielki minus ale raczej uwaga: apartament bardzo akustyczny. Słychać sąsiadów, ale nie jest to uciążliwe bo i tak większość dnia spędza się po za apartamentem. Za oknami tory kolejowe gdzie często przejeżdżają pociągi ale nie trąbią, też nie jest to mocno uciążliwe.

Jasne przestronne wnętrze urządone bardzo gustownie. Przestronna kuchnia, duza sypialnia i bardzo ładny pokój z telewizorem. Wykupiliśmy śniadania. To co zobaczyliśmy wprawiło mnie w osłupienia. W lodówce znajdowały się różne lokalne produkty na całodniowe wyżywienie,a nie śniadanie. Z czymś takim jeszcze się nie spotkałem. Widać , że pani jest zorientowana przede wszytkim na zadowolenie swoich gości. W dzisiejszych czasach to rzadkość. W większości liczy się tylko zysk. W przypadku kolejnego pobytu w Boloni będzie mi niezwykle miło być gościem tej pani. Każdemu znajomemu polecę ten apartament.

The location is very good because it is a less 4-5 minutes walk from the local train station. There was a well stocked refrigerator for breakfast and lunch/dinner. The hostess even asked us about our food preference. Our hostess gave us a great tip to a local restaurant with friendly staff and good and reasonably priced food that was 10 minutes away by foot. We were the only tourists there. The bus stop to the center is about a 20 minutes walk. From the central station in Bologna, the train stop to the apartment is a 4 minute ride. The flat's location made it possible to easily visit the Ferrari house/museum in Modena (Maranello) as well as go to the beach in Rimini from Bologna Centrale. There are many possibilities to visit other surrounding cities that are 1 to 2 hours away (Italian rail is inexpensive) from Bologna Centrale like Florence, Verona, Ravenna and even San Marino.
The apartment is near the local train station and one hears the passing trains from 5am to midnight, but we were hardly in the flat during the day and the train noise didn't really bother us. At night, it was quiet and we slept with a opened window. The flat has air conditioning, so closing the windows minimises the train noise. I prefer the noise and opened windows.
