It was clean and well appointed
There was much confusion over accessing the property, which was very frustrating. We definitely got off on the wrong foot but once we we’re given the correct instructions, staff was sent to meet us and clear up the confusion. We were then able to select the combination of rooms that would best suit our needs.

Great location right in the heart of Verona but in a quiet location. The communication from the owner was great, whilst she couldn't meet us, all the instructions were clear for accessing the property.
The place was beautifully clean, really well equipped and very comfortable.

Excellent location. Nice spacious apartment.
Poor communication. Confusion on check in, but resolved.
