Mainly the spa pools was the attraction an the casino

The location and the hot pools
The breakfast has degraded in quality and the food was cold. The food warmers require a serious upgrade. The casino is outdated with their selection of slot machines

I liked the Victorian pool. I go there often en route to E Cape. I liked the well maintained grounds and the silence. I also love the buffet but it needs to be more Halaal friendly as i sa many muslims there. I like the rooms but they require a revamp. We were allocated the incorrect room but the hotel manager immediately stepped in and gave us the room we wanted. She is truly the best.
The Victorian bath was so hot that my daughter almost got scalded!!! I was disappointed that the glorious hotel pool was closed. I think people should control their kids a bit more. The children were very noisy.

Breakfast was adequate. Cleanliness was on par.
However, dinner was not offered and the nearby, recommended, nearby restaurants were far to expensive for what was served. The aesthetics and finishings in the room were outdated and tired.
