Good place to stay.

Overall stay is pleasant, property's and room kept very clean

8 / 10

Good stay near the beach

Location is very close to Malpe and Thottam beach. Room was spacious with king size beds. Host is friendly and responsive. Parking is there but limited. Nearby few shops are also there.

Room did not have any cupboards to keep your things. Only one teapoy to cater all the belongings which is not practical. Had to arrange two stools and chairs to keep our belongings.

Bad service/ameneties, good host/location

Location, room/bathroom was clean

No drinking water, there was just an empty jug. How can you not give drinking water? AC took more than an hour to cool the room. No hot water to bath, sometimes there was no water. WiFi was horrible and couldn't really use it. Room insulation is horrible, I could hear everything neighbours were talking/murmuring, I could hear everything anyone around the house was talking.
