Clean room, great staff, great location. I was so happy to be there. The room was big with frige, micrwave, how water kettle, pajamas to borrow. Staff went above and beyond to help. Easy walk to site see and to subway station.

Really nice hotel with friendly staff. Laundry on site was great and amemities nice. Great area, super quiet especially after staying in the busy part of Shinjuku right before heading to Kyoto. We had our bags transfered to the hotel no problem, and they helped us transfer to our next stay as well (via Yamoto Transport which was a great and inexpensive service). Overall great hotel!
