About this apartment rental
Spacious apartment, of 100 m2, on the 3rd floor of a chalet located in the hamlet of La Chalp, with views of the mountains and 5 minutes walk from the Nordic area. and 10 minutes walk from the ski resort of Molines.
Ideally located in the hamlet of La Chalp, the chalet is the starting point for many hikes or mountain bike rides (electric mountain bike rental possible in Saint Véran)
The accommodation, with a floor area of 100m2, consists of a large living room, with high ceilings, opening onto a balcony with a view of the mountains and a magnificent starry sky at night.
Board games and a collection of comics are at your disposal for a moment of relaxation by the fire after a day of walking.
Wifi is available thanks to a 4G key, and a chromcast is available for the TV. A PS 3 console is also available and serves as a DVD player.
The fully refurbished kitchen is fully equipped, and will allow you to concoct good little dishes (new appliances). A raclette and fondue machine are at your disposal.
A corridor leads to the sleeping area which consists of 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1, with sloping ceilings, is next to the bathroom and has a 140 cm double bed, as well as a dresser.
Bedroom 2 is very spacious and sleeps 4: 2 bunk beds and a nice play area for children. Some toys and games are at your disposal.
Bedroom 3 is tucked away at the end of the hallway, it is pretty and sloping, and has a 150 X200 double bed, a small wardrobe and a dresser.
The bedrooms overlook the back of the chalet, in a quiet area.
The sofa bed can offer 2 extra beds
As the chalet is inhabited all year round, parties are not allowed and we thank you in advance for respecting the neighbourhood.
Linen is not provided, but you can rent it from the laundry at Château Queyras.
