About this house rental

In the green hills of Pescara, in the village of Civitaquana, the Di Carlo Estate stands atop a small hill. The estate is surrounded by centuries-old woods, and the Nora River and the Schiavone Stream flow about 100 meters away. The cottage was completely renovated in 2021 and is equipped with every comfort. The house features a solar power system and is earthquake-resistant. It is fully fenced, with an electric gate and Wi-Fi, and offers electric car charging. It also has a beautiful oven, a barbecue, a large green clover lawn, and a newly built 8x4 luxury above-ground pool. On our estate, you can admire butterflies, listen to the birds, and appreciate the biodiversity of our garden. If you’re lucky, you might spot deer, eagles, foxes, badgers, and more. You can also participate in workshops dedicated to preparing local dishes. If guests wish, we can arrange tours of wineries, dairy farms, and more.
