Beach Waterfront Condo is located on Lyon’s Bay, in Nokomis, Florida. This two bedroom unit is located downstairs and is part of a two story Condo. Just a ten minute walk to Nokomis Beach.

First bedroom has a King size bed, second bedroom has 2 bunk beds.
Your stay comes with access to kayaks and paddle boards which can be launched from a floating dock. Also available for your use are beach chairs and coolers, and bicycles.
Shared laundry room located on the second floor with separate entrance.

An impeccable retreat on Casey KeyOur stay at this property was nothing short of perfect — truly without flaw. The house was immaculate, not a speck of dust in sight, and thoughtfully decorated in an elegant coastal style, with every piece placed with evident care.The kitchen was beautifully appointed — a coffee maker with pods, toaster oven, and blender among the essentials — and we arrived to find chilled water and a few snacks already stocked in the fridge. The hosts anticipated our every need, right down to beach umbrellas, chairs, and coolers.The setting itself was the highlight: situated directly on the intercoastal waterway, with kayaks provided and a serene back patio overlooking the water. The beach was a quick 10-minute stroll away, and a charming ice cream shop across the street became a daily indulgence. Despite feeling wonderfully secluded, groceries and dining were still within easy reach — Instacart served us well throughout the trip.This home exceeded every expectation, and we’d return without hesitation. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a refined, effortless beach escape.
